Our sensual Pole Flow classes are the heart and soul of what we offer to you. These classes promote overall mind/body well-being and fitness by incorporating yoga, pilates, and strength training to build strength, flexibility, self confidence and overall fitness – all while focusing on sensuality. Classes teach an increasing progression of floor and pole dance tricks and transitions. We also offer workshops and classes specifically incorporating the beautiful, sensual arts of lap dancing, chair dancing and strip-tease.

Classes are about YOU…learning, discovering, challenging yourself in new ways, and taking a healthy, moving, life-changing journey. Prepaid spots are required in ALL classes to reserve your pole time. Maintaining a smaller class size is key in a safe and worthwhile pole dancing experience.

Important FAQs and Info on our Pole Dance Program

     Sign up for a Pole 101~ 5 week session and learn full routines, build strength, and master the art of sensual dance. You will typically have the same teacher and the same women in your class for the whole session which leads to a more intimate, nurturing, and creative learning environment. 
    
An introductory workshop is NOT required to start.  You can jump right in with our 5 week Pole 101 session. The pole dance program is designed to give you the ultimate sensual dance and fitness experience. The emphasis of the courses are to bring out the dance, fitness, and sensuality aspects of the art of pole-dancing. As well as teaching the pole tricks, all the elements that make the tricks 'flow' together in a fluid routine are included and encouraged. Students move at their own pace repeating if desired.

Please Note-There is NEVER nudity in any of our classes.
What to Wear-Capri's or Yoga type pants, but shorts are prefered (don't worry, we are dimly lit with forgiving black light/soft light) Not too baggy! ~Form fitting T-Shirt or Tank top ~NO LOTION, OILS OR PERFUMES PLEASE!! ~Bare feet (heels are optional after the 2rd week...we have a fabulous selection of shoes in our studio) 
 
Pole 101~ 5 week beginner session.
Class/Course Length-75 minutes; Class meets once a week (same day). This course runs 5 consecutive weeks (Five 75 minutes classes).
Cost:  $160 for the 5 week session plus a FREE 8 credit mix-n-match punch card ($95 value)
Payment Info-$80.00 deposit due at time of registration; remainder due on 1st day of class.

IMPORTANT NOTE:  POLE FLOW CLASSES
***TO ATTEND POLE FLOW CLASSES ENROLLMENT IN POLE 101 IS REQUIRED (effective 11/1/10 and does not affect current members).
Our  Pole Flow classes are more of a drop-in style class are 60 minutes each.  Every move in class is explained and broken down enabling you to start and stop at any time with out feeling behind.   Please wear fitness attire.  Due to safety reasons students will be not be able to participate in class if they are more than 10 minutes late.  Membership options available.  See rates page.

Pole 101- 5 week beginner sessions

Pole 101- Beginners 5 week session.   Enrollment in a Pole 101 session is required before beginning our Pole Flow program.  Limited space in these sessions. Everyone in these sessions is new to pole dance...just like you!

If you are a little nervous or shy, no worries, this is where your journey on the pole will begin. The beginners series is all about discovering the beauty, grace and strength of pole dancing.  Each class begins with a sexy, yet body-changing workout on the mat which is followed by our pole time where you learn new moves. Your class includes: Warm Up, upper body, lower body and core conditioning, Pole spins/Transitions/Floor Work, Cool down and stretch.

And... did you know that pole dancing burns between 300-650 calories per hour?! FINALLY, there is a FUN and sexy way to burn off those extra pounds, get toned and feel better about yourself than you ever have before. You'll gain confidence you never knew you had!

Each week includes new spins, tricks & transitions which build upon the earlier lessons within that series. 

Please note:  enrollment in Pole 101 is a requirement before attending our Pole Flow classes.  12 month members receive 20% off.

You can save your spot online with an $80 deposit and the remaining balance is due your first night of class. Class meets once a week and is 75 minutes.

Pole Flow Series (Mixed level pole workout)

Mixed level (60 min class)

Whether you're new to pole dance, or you’ve been a client for over a year, you will be challenged at a level appropriate to your ability. All classes are mixed level, thereby making our entire class schedule at all studio locations available to you once you've completed a Pole 101 beginners session. You will be challenged and trained appropriately at your given level.  We offer everything from sensual floorwork to walking, spinning, endless combinations, climbing, and progression to world-class competitive acrobatic forms, including Scorpio, Gemini, Aysha, Twisted Grip Handspring, Superman, Scorpio combinations and more. Our environment is supportive, challenging, creative, fun, and safe. You progress at your own pace under the supervision of our expertly trained staff and in a social climate the supports, rejuvenates, and energizes the soul. Pole Flow classes are about YOU…meeting your fitness goals, strengthening and toning your body, learning, discovering, challenging yourself in new ways, and embarking on a healthy, life-changing journey.

Lap Dance/Striptease Workshops

Learn the art of entertaining as someone is seated in chair. This is not chair dancing…it is the art of seductively approaching, navigating on and around, and entertaining a seated subject. Learn how to move sensually, build anticipation, and put a smile on both of your faces. Bring a man's button down shirt and high heels (we also have a beautiful selection of high heeled shoes in the studio for purchase). 75 minutes

Cost: $35 (20% discount for current members). Please bring the above mentioned items. We will be incorporating a side-tie thong in the striptease (over our workout clothes of course!) and have them available for purchase at the studio for $6. This is optional but oh-so fun!!

Boot Camps!

Before and after measurements, endurance testing before and afters, unlimited access to our fitness classes at the studio, weigh ins, nutritional guidance, grocery list and sample meal plans.Lots of hard work but well worth it!

What to expect?? Venus Pole Fitness Boot Camp isdifferent. It's hard. It's demanding. And it's fun. Using supportive and motivational routines we will lead you through an intense 4-week indoor/outdoor fitness program designed to jump start your weight loss goals. It starts with documented "Before" evaluations to gauge your shape when you start (so you can see how much you've achieved when you finish!).

You'll be surrounded by other team members who, just like you, want to make changes in their physical and mental well-being. At Boot Camp, we will challenge you to push yourself to reach new fitness levels—and we promise you'll have fun doing it! Boot Camp has been designed with safe and effective exercises, stressing proper form, technique, and safety. We will be happy to modify your workouts so that any pre-existing injuries don't prevent you from attaining your goals now.

Cardio Queen

Looking for maximum calorie burn in your hour workout? Come and be a cardio queen and earn your dinner as the instructor puts you through timed cardio circuits using jump ropes, running drills, and good old-fashioned callisthenics. Grab a towel and a bottle of water and be prepared to sweat – this class is intense Lots of movement in this class Consider it your vacation from the treadmill. Fun, upbeat and sometimes unusual.
